Weight: 109lbs.
My weigh-in this morning shocked me a little. If I continue to lose 3 or 4lbs every day, I’m going to be seriously underweight. I’m going to take it day by day and see if the lbs that I’m losing decreases.
If by day 3 or 4, I’m near 100lbs, I might have to alter the plan for myself and just have 3 juices a day and eat dinner instead.
PRE-BREAKFAST | 8am: warm water with lime.

(Same as yesterday except I substituted grapefruit for pears)
2 apples, 1/2 lime, 2 pears, 1/3 cucumber, 1/2 avocado, 1 tsp spirulina, 1 capsul acidophilus bacteria powder, 1 tsp wheatgrass powder.

LUNCH | 1:30pm: Super Chute Juice.

2 apples, 1/4 carrot, 1/2 stick celery, 1 handful spinach leaves, 1/4 cucumber, 1/4 raw beetroot, 1/4 courgette, 1/4 lemon, 1/4 ginger.

1 pear, 1/2 stick celery, 1/5 cucumber, handful spinach leaves, 1/4 lime, 2 apples, 1/4 avocado, ice cubes.

(Same as above but with 1 heaped teaspoon of wheatgrass powder)

I slept really well last night and didn’t wake up hungry at all.
By 10am today, I started to feel a little hungry. This went away quickly and I didn’t feel hungry again until 6pm.
Once again, no headaches, stomach pains, dizziness or crankiness. So I call that a result.
I must say though, the juices are beginning to lose their tastiness…
